Tinubu Support Organization (TSO) Oyo State Chapter Holds Executive Meeting

 

The Oyo State Chapter of Tinubu Support Organization (TSO), under the leadership of Hon Abiodun Ambali, held another State Executive meeting on the 17th day of September 2022.

The meeting was held at Jubilee Conference Centre, Oke Ado Ibadan, at 1pm.

At the meeting, many important issues were discussed, such as, reviewing the past activities, cascading the state and regional levels across Senatorials, Zonals, Local Governments, Wards and Polling units.

The constitution of all these Structures are considered imperative, for effective grassroot mobilisation and canvassing of electorates, all through different groups, societies, civil service, artisans, market men/women and every other block of human category.

To this effect, a steering committee was inaugurated, to ensure efficiency, deliverables, high level performance and commendable results.

The Southwest Zonal Coordinator, Alhaji Abiodun Ambali maximised the occasion, to intimate the state executive members about the successes, achievements and improvements recorded at the National level, under the leadership of Hon Aminu Suleiman.

Present at the meeting, were the state officers, including coordinators of the Senatorial, Zonal, Local arms of the executives.

LG Autonomy: Makinde Devices Another Means to Swindle LG Funds:

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control. To further sabotage the process of transferring allocations directly to the LG accounts, Governor Makinde has directed all LG Chairmen in Oyo State, to open accounts with First Bank. President Tinubu Approves the Completion of the Dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso road- Sunday Dare Reveals:

President Tinubu has approved the completion of the dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State, Monday 3rd March 2025. The approval was revealed by the Special Adviser to President (Media and Public Communications), Chief Sunday Dare CON FNIS, in a release he made available on his X account, after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Monday afternoon. The newly approved road completion project, which will now be handled by Mssrs JRB Construction Co. Ltd, has a total cost of N147, 887,810,833,.87.   Recall that some weeks ago, the contract of the road project was terminated, as a result of abandonment and long term lagging; to which the President promised to re-award soon, this has now been fulfilled.
