NFF President Extols Ikon Allah Academy for Contributions to Nigerian Football

President of Nigerian Football Federation, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau has commended Ikon Allah Football Academy for its contributions to Nigerian football through unearthing of talents at the grassroots.

www.ckdmedia.ng reports that Gusau received the proprietor of the Academy, Ayi Mohammed in his office on Wednesday alongside Glen Dana, the Sports Director of FC Ballakani, Arbi Laci, ex sporting director of FC Tirana, as well as Cem Sagar, the CEO of Diamond Sports Management.

After several opportunities presented to talented players to hone their skills abroad, the Academy is organizing more programmes for young players, while inviting scouts from Europe to participate.

The latest programme involves the aforementioned football eggheads and Nigeria’s l Alhaji Gafar Liameed owner of 36 Lions FC.

The programme organized three months ago, has led to the exporting of no less than seven players to Europe.

Ayi Mohammed thanked The NFF led by Ibrahim Gusau and restarted his commitments to fostering grassroots development.
