Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji Appoints Fasilat Titilayo Oseni-Adesina, as SSA on Grassroot Mobilisation:

The Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) has appointed Alhaja Fasilat Titilayo Oseni-Adesina, as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Grassroot Mobilisation.

The appointment of Alhaja Fasilat Titilayo Oseni-Adesina, together with other SSAs and SAs was made public on the website of the State, www.ekitistate.gov.ng, according to a statement signed by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media Mr. Yinka Oyebode, at the afternoon hours of  Tuesday 12th December, 2023.

"While congratulating the new appointees, Governor Oyebanji urged them to see their appointments as opportunity to serve the people of the state and contribute to the administration’s development agenda", the statement reads in part, as the appointment takes effect on the 1st day of January 2024.

The newly appointed SSA, as a grassroot politician and mobiliser,  worked with the Support Group Directorate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (Southwest) during the electioneering proceedings that led to the emergence of  Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the duly elected President of Nigeria.

Also, the Ekiti born political mobiliser, Alhaja Fasilat Oseni-Adesina was a member of  different Pro Tinubu groups, such as Asiwaju Women Cooperative Society (AWCS); Pragmatic Elites for Asiwaju and Shettima (PREFAS) and Youth Alliance for Tinubu (YAT); groups of youthful and grassroot demography across all the states in Nigeria, that worked assiduously at the grassroot level, canvassed massive votes, in ensuring the victory of President Bọla Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Elections earlier this year.

In her reaction, "I really appreciate the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for considering me to be a member of his cabinet, I will never take it for granted, I am very grateful for such great honor.

As SSA Grassroots Mobilisation to the Governor of Ekiti State, I feel so excited and happy, to be part of the Governor BAO's transformational Agenda and Administration, in Ekiti State.

I believe it's a job we must do, to contribute our quota in developing our dear state, by the special grace of God, we'll reach down to the grassroot, villages and towns, for impactful and sustainable grassroot development, for the benefit of humanity and to the glory of God".

Alhaja Fasilat Oseni-Adesina concluded by saying, "again, I hereby use this medium to appreciate Governor Biodun Oyebanji, the elders, stakeholders and members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State.
