Night of Honour: Renewed Hope Awards and Dinner to Honour President Tinubu-

The Special Adviser to the President (Media and Public Communications), Chief Sunday Dare CON FNIS, was at the 'NIGHT OF HONOUR': Renewed Hope Awards and Dinner, held at the Presidential Villa on Saturday, November 23rd 2024.

The event witnessed the launching of a book titled, "The Architect of Renewal, The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Story".

The program, organized to honour President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, highlighted the transformative vision and commitment of the President to renewing the hope of Nigerians, with his bold initiatives, driving the Nation's growth and development.

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control. To further sabotage the process of transferring allocations directly to the LG accounts, Governor Makinde has directed all LG Chairmen in Oyo State, to open accounts with First Bank.
