Presidential Adviser, Sunday Dare, Donates Bags of Rice to Oyo State APC:

_Congratulates Oyo APC Chair on recent Federal Appointment_

The Special Adviser to the President (Media and Public Communications), Chief Sunday Dare CON FNIS, has donated Two Hundred bags of rice to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.

The bags of rice were delivered to the Party Secretariat at Oke Ado today, Tuesday 1st April 2025.

Making the presentation, the representative of Chief Dare, the former Vice Chairman of Ibarapa East Local Government, Hon Jacob olwafemi Akintola (JP), stated that; "I am here to reresent the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communications, Chief Sunday Dare, he has instructed me, to represent him, at the APC Party Secretariat Oke Ado Ibadan today 1st April 2025, to donate 200 bags of rice for the well-being of the party and members in general.

In addition, he asked me to officially congratulate the Oyo State Chairman of the APC, Alhaji Olaide Abas, on his recent Federal appointment', Honourable Jacob Akintola concluded by praying that, "God Almighty will give the Chairman wisdom to perform excellently in the new office".

Receiving the bags of rice, the Publicity Secretary of Oyo State APC, Alhaji Wasiu Sadare said "Dr. Sunday Akin Dare has proven again to be a Patriot, a complete party man and a worthy Ambassador of Oyo APC. This is not the first time he will be remembering the party with a gesture like this.

He has been doing it, and we know surely that he will continue to do it, our prayers and thoughts are with him.


We are using this opportunity to re-establish our firm support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, particularly as it concerns the Renewed Hope Agenda, which we have completely keyed into and we are completely in support.

We thank the donor, Dr. Sunday Akin Dare, a bonafide member of our party in the state, and a proud indigene of Oyo State, for this wonderful gesture. 

Alhaji Sadare concluded by saying, "We pray that God Almighty will always be with him, and empower him the more, because we know if he is empowered, he will remember us in Oyo state, may God grant all our heart desires".

Chief Dare has been dedicated and committed to the welfare, well-being, progress and success of the members of APC as a party, across the grassroots, Local, State and National levels, for so long a time, with great impacts.

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control. To further sabotage the process of transferring allocations directly to the LG accounts, Governor Makinde has directed all LG Chairmen in Oyo State, to open accounts with First Bank. President Tinubu Approves the Completion of the Dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso road- Sunday Dare Reveals:

President Tinubu has approved the completion of the dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State, Monday 3rd March 2025. The approval was revealed by the Special Adviser to President (Media and Public Communications), Chief Sunday Dare CON FNIS, in a release he made available on his X account, after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Monday afternoon. The newly approved road completion project, which will now be handled by Mssrs JRB Construction Co. Ltd, has a total cost of N147, 887,810,833,.87.   Recall that some weeks ago, the contract of the road project was terminated, as a result of abandonment and long term lagging; to which the President promised to re-award soon, this has now been fulfilled.
