World Cup Playoffs: FG Appoints Kola Daniel as Member of Logistics Committee

The Federal Government has appointed Mr. Kọla Daniel, as a member of Logistics Committee, for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Playoff  between Nigeria and Ghana.

This was done through the Ministry of Sports, under the watchful eyes of the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare, in a bid to successful host the second leg of the playoff and to ensure victory over the Black stars of Ghana.

Mr Kola Daniel, Media Aide to the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development was appointed, together with Malam Shehu Dikko, the Chairman, League Management Company (LMC),  as the Chairman of the Committee, NFF Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Ikpeme, Mary Onyali, Engr. Usman yabo, Representative of FCT Minister, Representative of NCDC, Deputy Director FEAD, Mrs Okpara, as the Secretary of the Committee. 

The winner will join other four African countries, to make a list of 5 nations to represent the African continent at the next World Cup Qatar 2022. 

The first leg of the playoff will hold in Ghana, on the 25th day of March, while the second leg will hold in Nigeria, on the 29th day of March, 2022.
