The Grand Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland Prays for Agbaakin of Ogbomosoland, Chief Sunday Dare on His Birthday:

The Grand Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland, Imam Yunus Teliat Ayilara II prayed for Chief Sunday Dare, on the occasion of his birthday.

The prayer session for the Agbaakin of Ogbomosoland took place at the family house of the Grand Chief Imam Isale Afon area of Ogbomoso, at 6am today, the 29th day of May 2022.

The prayer session, organised by Hon. Shittu Olaitan Abdulfatah (SOA), had in attendance Alfas across Ogbomosoland.

In his prayers, the Grand Chief Imam prayed for God's blessings, long live, protection and fulfilment of heart desires for the celebrant (Sunday Dare).

He further used the medium to pray for Ogbomosoland, Oyo State, Nigeria and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed's success on his Presidential ambition.

The Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Agbaakin Sunday Akin Dare was born on the 29th day of May, and he clocked 56 today.

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control. To further sabotage the process of transferring allocations directly to the LG accounts, Governor Makinde has directed all LG Chairmen in Oyo State, to open accounts with First Bank. President Tinubu Approves the Completion of the Dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso road- Sunday Dare Reveals:

President Tinubu has approved the completion of the dualization of the Oyo-Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State, Monday 3rd March 2025. The approval was revealed by the Special Adviser to President (Media and Public Communications), Chief Sunday Dare CON FNIS, in a release he made available on his X account, after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Monday afternoon. The newly approved road completion project, which will now be handled by Mssrs JRB Construction Co. Ltd, has a total cost of N147, 887,810,833,.87.   Recall that some weeks ago, the contract of the road project was terminated, as a result of abandonment and long term lagging; to which the President promised to re-award soon, this has now been fulfilled.
