Set to Hold another Round of Empowerment

The Member House of Representatives, representing Ogo Oluwa/Surulere Federal Constituency, Hon. 'Dokun Olusegun Odebunmi, (also known as Hon. BUNVIC) has expressed utmost optimism, for the victorious emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the next President Federal Republic of Nigeria, and other candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC), in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

Hon. BUNVIC said this, while meeting the Southwest Zonal Coordinator of Tinubu Support Organization (TSO), Alhaji Abiodun Ambali at his Ogbomoso residence, 3rd day of October 2022.

He further stated that, the Tinubu/Shettima is the most sellable ticket, and the APC is very much at advantage, over other parties.

The Chairman, House Committee on Information, National Oritentation, Ethics and Values also pledged his full support and commitment to TSO and the APC at large.

He also revealed many of the achievements recorded as a member representing Ogo Oluwa/Surulere; including the just concluded trainings and distribution of Laptops to his constituents; and an upcoming empowerment scheduled to give out motorcycles to members of his constituents.

In his concluding remarks, Hon. BUNVIC said we have had life transforming programs over the years and we are very much glued to the grassroots, with our level of sensitization, awareness and consultations, we'll win, no doubts; no fear.

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control.
