CCII Honours Sunday Dare with 'Most Outstanding Friend of Ibadanland' Award

The Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) has honoured The Hon Minister of Youth and Sports Development, The Agbààkin of Ogbomosoland, Chief Sunday Dare, with the 'Most Outstanding Friend of Ibadanland' (MOFI) award. This was in appreciation of the Minister's immense and developmental contributions to Oyo State and Nigeria at large. 


The award ceremony has been scheduled to hold on the 20th day of June 2021, at Ibadan House, Ibadan Oyo State, as contained in a letter dated 10th June 2021, and signed by the Chairman of the 2021 Planning Committee, Alhaji Abiola Alli. 

The letter reads in part, "we, in Ibadanland have decided to celebrate you, so as to show you that Ibadan has created a deserved permanent place for you in her history. You are most deserving of this honour, by virtue of your exemplary support to Ibadanland". 

The event will attract eminent personalities from all walks of live, as it will also mark the successful completion of Chief Yemi Soladoye's tenure, as the President General of CCII.
