SouthWest APC Youth Leaders Visit Seyi Tinubu

Youth Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Seyi Tinubu in Lagos, on the 2nd day of April, 2022.

The visit to the son of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was the first of it's kind.

Present among the youth leaders, was Prince John Oyetunji Aremu, the Oyo State APC Youth Leader.

Many issues were discussed, one was the Southwest Agenda. 

In his contribution, during a brief meeting, Prince John Oyetunji Aremu said, "Oyo state needs the maximum support in order to win in the next general elections and also on the ambition of Asiwaju."

Other state youth leaders from Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, Lagos, and Ogun were present.

The youth leaders moved to Lagos for the visit, after taking part in a solidarity rally for the APC Gubernatorial Candidate in the forthcoming July Governorship Elections in Ekiti State.

LG Autonomy: Makinde Devices Another Means to Swindle LG Funds:

_Directs LG Chairs to Open another Account to receive Funds_ In another turn of events, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has deviced another way to swindle Local Government funds. Governor Makinde, yet to come to terms, on the Supreme Court ruling over LG Autonomy, has been trying all possible means to ensure that, the funds accruing to the local governments in Oyo State remains under his control. To further sabotage the process of transferring allocations directly to the LG accounts, Governor Makinde has directed all LG Chairmen in Oyo State, to open accounts with First Bank.
