Lucy Ejike Wins Bronze Medal

 


The team captain of Nigeria to Paralympics game Tokyo, Lucy Ejike who won bronze medal with only one lift , after her two others lifts were disqualified. 



More thanks to her burning enthusiasm to excel with her first lift gave her 130kg that edged out most other opponents. 

Ejike 135kg second and third lifts were disqualified respectively, if she had push for 132kg she would have won a gold medal in this category . 

With this victory team Nigeria have two medals already .

A gold medal from Latifat Tijani and a bronze medal from Lucy Ejike the team captain.
